This year, there will be over 2,000 participating products that will help your school earn money. While shopping in-store, look for the shelf tag shown to earn School Dollars.
For every 4 participating products purchased, shoppers will earn 3 School Dollars. At checkout, customers will receive a School Dollar printout that displays the number of School Dollars earned.
Hannaford To Go
Hannaford To Go shoppers will receive a special redemption code in their email reflecting School Dollars earned in the first month of the Hannaford Helps Schools program. This code can be redeemed online or through the Hannaford Helps Schools app. Hannaford To Go shoppers should be on the lookout for this email on or around May 5.
How to Redeem School Dollars
All shoppers need to do to redeem School Dollars is enter the unique printout code and store number on the Hannaford Helps Schools program website (https://hannafordhelpsschools.com/) and select their school. Each School Dollar printout has a QR code that shoppers can scan to bring them directly to the redemption website. Shoppers can also download the Hannaford Helps Schools app, which will store their information and school choice to make donating even easier.
To help your school win a $1,000 bonus check, make sure your school community knows to look for participating products from April 5 to May 30. Each of the top 200 schools to raise the most money by redeeming School Dollars will receive an additional $1,000 bonus check.
